Before accessing or creating User Account (hereinafter defined) on the App or website, User(s) are advised to carefully read these Terms and Privacy Policy. The Terms and the Privacy Policy are collectively referred to as “Agreement” herein. By accessing/browsing the Website/ Mobile Application for any information, purchasing products and/or availing the Services, the User(s) hereby acknowledge that they have read, understood and accept all the terms and conditions of the Agreement and agree to abide by the same. If the User(s) do not consent or accept the terms and conditions of the Agreement they are advised to forthwith disengage from the Website/Mobile Application and stop the access/use thereof

The online consultation service available on the website/app shall be provided to you via audio/video consultation or through telephony. The quality of Video consultation depends on the Quality of the internet connection during the consultation and may impact the images or/and Audio during Low internet speed. Please ensure that you are equipped with proper video camera enabled devices (Like Phone/Tablet/Laptop etc) and internet connectivity. In case of inadequate video conference equipment, technical error or defective internet connectivity Oliva reserves the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment without any notice.

Oliva Clinic will communicate with the End-Users through email, phone and notices posted on the Website or through other means available through the service, including text and other forms of messaging. By using the website and/or signing up on the app or web version, you authorize us to contact you via email or phone call or whatsapp or SMS. We may call you to schedule appointments, offer you solutions, and send you promotional offers running at our clinics. Additionally, irrespective of the fact that you have registered yourself under DND or DNC or NCPR service, you still authorize us to send you SMS or give you a call for the above-mentioned purposes.

Oliva reserves the right to
  1. accept or reject the request of the User(s) to create an account.
  2. Terminate the account of registered User(s) for unauthorized use, or
  3. Refuse the Services offered through this Digital Platform due to non-availability of Services. While Oliva makes every effort to honour all the appointments including the timings, please be informed that on some occasions there may be delay or postponement of the scheduled Video/audio appointment on account of unforeseen events at our end.
